Shipping, Returns & Refunds
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you want to change items in your order before they’ve been shipped please write to us at support@bigfriendlygames.com and we’ll get back to you in a day to modify your order as you wish.
Most orders ship the next day except Sunday & Other Public Holidays. Please contact us before that if you want to cancel your order. We promise to make every effort to cancel your order before it ships. We will acknowledge all cancellations submitted to us, whether successful or not, via e-mail or by phone.
If the item is picked up by courier, we are unable to cancel an order.
RETURNING NEW AND UNUSED ITEMS
Once the plastic wrapping on the game is opened, we are unable to accept returns. If the wrapping is intact you may return the game but you will be charged for both the original and the return shipping. As a small store we are unable to offer more convenient return policies.
Items can be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of receipt, only if the items are unused. If the items are opened, we do not accept returns.
Upon receipt of the items we will provide store credits or refund as per your choice. You will be refunded the total amount for the items minus the two way shipping charges.
RETURNS / REPLACEMENT OF ITEMS DUE TO TRANSIT DAMAGES
Though we take utmost care in safely packing your orders, we cannot control how third party couriers handle shipments and damages happening are beyond our control.
If you have received a shipment with damage in the packaging, please take photographs of the packaging before opening. Report the issue by Whatsapp or Email at support@bigfriendlygames.com mentioned in our footer. We will take this up with the courier service and get back to you.
Returning wrong item
If you have received a wrong item, please write to us at support@bigfriendlygames.com and we will arrange for the product to be returned and the right game sent to you.
MISSING OR DAMAGED COMPONENTS INSIDE GAME BOX
This is a very rare occurrence but if it does happen we will get in touch with the publishers to organise a replacement for the missing components. It can take a few weeks for this to happen because our suppliers are all outside India.
HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS
In the rare occurrence of having to return a product, please get in touch with us through our E-mail or Whatsapp number in the footer and we will provide you with an address and other details.
Refunds, if not opting for store credit, will be issued using UPI.
