When will I get my order?
We usually ship games within a day using Delhivery from our Bangalore warehouse. You should get an e-mail from us when your order is shipped along with Whatsapp updates from Delhivery once it is picked up.
I'm not sure my transaction went through

I want to change my order
If you want to change items in your order before they’ve been shipped please write to us at support@bigfriendlygames.com and we’ll get back to you in a day to modify your order as you wish.
What if I have a component missing?
This is a very rare occurance but if it does happen we will get in touch with the publishers to organise a replacement for the missing components. It can take a few weeks for this to happen because our suppliers are all outside India.
What is your return policy?
Once the plastic wrapping on the game is opened, we are unable to accept returns. If the wrapping is intact you may return the game but you will be charged for both the original and the return shipping. As a small store we are unable to offer more convenient return policies.
Why should I buy games from you?
We play games all the time and sell games that we’ve actually enjoyed playing with our friends and families. We’re happy to recommend games for customers! Send us an email at support@bigfriendlygames.com with the names of games you’ve enjoyed playing in the past and we’ll send a recommendation your way in a few days.
